Correct Hand Position |

|
It is extremely important to learn the correct hand position early in your musical career. It will save you many problems later. Actually, the correct position is quite natural. Hold your hand out in front of you. Now relax it. Notice how your fingers curve in? This is very close to the position you should use playing piano or keyboard. Place your fingers over the keys so that your fingers are curving slightly and your fingertips are just above the keys. |
