“keyboard” can mean two things. It can mean an electronic instrument that is usually called “a keyboard”. It can also mean all of the keys on your instrument whether it is a keyboard, a piano, or an organ. |

These are called “keys”. There are white keys and black keys.
Notice that the black keys come in sets of two’s and three’s.

Count how many sets of two black keys you have on your instrument.
Now count how many sets of three you have.
